Day 1 of the program, no change in weights/reps but I found it harder than last week which was weird...
footy training after work was a relatively light affair after we had a debrief about yesterday's game...did some goal kicking work but need to do lots more!
today
was meant to be an easy 50mins but I miscalculated where I would finish and elected to run an extra 5mins rather than walk...shouldn't plan my route on the run!
