gym...Day 2b of the program...I rode to & from...
then it was off to Sydney for the international T20 double header at ANZ Stadium...we found three cahces along the way...
the weather didn't look promising but we only lost 4 overs from the women's match (won by NZ) while he men's match went overtime with no loss of overs (go figure)(won by AUS)...
it was a late night as we used the public transport option, getting back to the hotel in Bankstown just before midnight...
Thursday
ended up being a no running day due to the weather, me not feeling the best (I have pharyngitis) and getting back late (after 8:30pm) from Sydney as we cache our way home...we found 22 and DNF'd 3...
Friday
gym...Day 1a of the program...drive due to the rain (soft!)...
then it was off the cricket again, this time to Manuka for the PM's XI v Sri Lanka (I was doing the online scoring)...the rain enver really let up and we got an early mark just before 1:30pm...
this meant I could watch the women's T20 at the MCG...a good win to the Aussies to take the T20 series 4-1...
Saturday
up early to help with the first Jets BBQ of the season at Dickson Woolies...this one was an overall club one...
then it was off to golf...had a good front nine (birdied the 2nd) before a diabolical back nine to see me finish with a total of 30pts, 6 over my handicap...
I did the run I didn't do in the morning...unfortunately the Garmin was completely flat (oops) so this one doesn't have much detail...

as I was reminded by my companion today...today is my longest run until the marathon!
Jodie kept me company on the bike (thanks!! as we made our way around Lake BG in an anti-clockwise direction from the fairy terminal...
Jodie waved to a hot air balloon passing above us at Black Mountain Peninsula....this same hot air balloon landed next to the bike path behind the Aboriginal Art Gallery on Lady Denman Drive...the occupants said hello again and we beat you! (I said not by much as I ran past!!)...we also found that orange was the colour of choice for most runners crossing paths with us...I was in my orange singlet! (not often I am fashionable!!)...the three hours was up near Commowealth Park but I continued on to my starting point...
hello again!...
fashionable in orange with both feet off the ground (just!)...

I got to soak my lower body in the pool for 20 odd minutes...
later in the afternoon we put together two beds...well, one bed was successfully completed while the other one had missing bits and bits that didn't fit (which of course we didn't realise until we were nearly finished!!)...
now, after dinner, I'm relaxing watching the cricket!
