Friday
a solid gym session to start the day...the trainer thought he'd sneak an extra 2.5kg on the squats but I noticed (and felt it!)...
had to go home at lunch to wait for the guys to come and replace my cockatoo-damaged fly screens...they were late (an hour) but at least the job only took 15mins...
enjoyed watching/listening to the first day of the 3rd test...
today
up early to fit in a run and a walk with Hux before golf...my legs were feeling the extra squat weight I think...

golf wasn't one of my better rounds although if a few putts had dropped it could have been so much better...30pts, 6 over my handicap...
spent the afternoon doing some cache maintenace then watched the rest of the cricket...
longest run for a while coming up tomorrow...2hrs40mins...will be interesting to see how that goes...
