had a lazy Monday...did some caching in the morning then some gnome painting with Ella before footy training at Burgmann College (all ACT sportgrounds are closed for two weeks to prepare for winter sports)...
today was an easy run day...

Anna and Ella ended their visit with us to fly to Queensland...I'm going to miss having the munchkin in the house...fotunately Anna had prepared a lovely batch of pork ribs in pineapple and lime with jasmine rice as well as a pumpkin pie which we ate cold...yummo!
back to the gym tomorrow morning...
