a busy day today...

walked Huxley for an hour...biked around Mulligans Flat and Goorooyarroo with Jodie caching for 2.5 hours...

Tim rang me whilst I was out and I made the decision to do Customs as he seemed keen to do it...he ran with me, wearing a backpack weighing 7.3kg as part of his training for the Marathon des Sables...

I asked Tim for a lift back to my car (Jodie had it in Barton as she dropped me off for Customs and continued in to work)...the only catch was that his car was parked near the War Memorial...so that meant another 2.43 k jogged @ 6:24 pace...by this point my legs were very tired!

did some cricket stats stuff before heading back out to pick Jodie up and continue on to watch the Canberra Cavalry beat the Brisbane Bandits 9-7...
