got there with a little time to spare...SG started 15secs ahead of me and while I made up some ground early, I lost it and more by the end...much the same time as last week...

my legs just seem heavy and uncooperative...oh well, maybe baseball will free them up...tomorrow we play the Eagles at Narrabundah #2...last time we played we only just beat them!

we have the Black Bear's Christmas Party tomorrow night...which makes me think i will be doing my long run Sunday arvo rather than Sunday morning!

golf Sunday then the traditional "Orphan's Christmas Dinner" Sunday night at mum & dad's...so called because whenever mum & dad go away for Christmas (this time heading to Tassie next week for my cousin's wedding) I am a "Christmas Orphan" (or one of the "orphans" when Tim was still in Canberra)...they will be stopping in to visit Tim on the way down - they are driving and catching the Spirt of Tasmania from Melbourne...I think they are back on New year's Eve...
