no running Monday & Tuesday...went for a jog today...thankfully my legs aren't as sore as they were on Sunday...

yesterday played in the Department's golf day at Gungahlin Lakes...took Suze along as my guest and I pipped her in a count back to take out the women's title (only 6 in it though)...I had the nearest the pin sewn up on the 17th (I got the birdie) with 4.54m only for the head of the Department to put his ball within 18cm!!...probably a good idea for the boss to win something!
