Canberra Times Fun Run

Yesterday I did some caching in Goorooyaroo and bumped into Janene after she returned from a MTB ride...neither of us recognised the other initially as we weren't in our running gear!

ended up doing 9 caches on the northside...

spent the night flicking between the three football codes on offer...all exciting games!!

this morning was the Canberra Times Fun Run...conditions were almost perfect...caught up with lots of runners from Customs, Vets, baseball, school...

mum & dad were at the finish as I crossed the line...very happy with the time which was faster than two years ago when I last ran it...

did some more caching afterwards (3) with Suze, Jodie and Hux...they headed home as Hux was carrying an injury suffered earlier in the day...

I did three more caches before heading home...as I was heading home Jodie rang to say they were trying to catch two rabbits which had been dumped in Mulligans Flat...they just caught the second one as I arrived....they are so cute....now we are trying to find good homes for them (meanwhile they are all set up in their own cage!)
