

we ended up running one of my usual long courses...Jodie has never run the complete course before...the aim was 2hrs but we ended up doing nearly 10 extra minutes...a much better run for Jodie on a tougher course than last week - she even managed to run all the way up the windy path on Aki's hill (with me doing my best bootcamp impersonation!)...

I thought Speedygeoff was the only coach who does bootcamp impersonations. And how come you were allowed to run up Aki's hill?
Aki's hill has always been part of my standard long run...it's real name is Hill Reserve which is a bit boring...
Most CRs from Canberra know it as such. I should put in a request with the council to change the name, or graffiti the seat with it or something.
