knew this would be a slower run after having to rush over and get started straight away...

Jodie had a good run with 29:25...she had FlashDuck chasing her to providing additional motivation....

speaking of FlashDuck, she was kind enough to give me a cigarette lighter/USB adaptor so now I can charge my Garmin / PDA in the car!...woo hoo, thanks for the early Christmas present!!

Customs will be resuming on 4 January but my first one for 2008 will be the following week...

Summary: I've managed 18 Customs Joggers runs since returning to running...23:49 is my fastest one (9/11/07) with 25:52 my slowest (14/9/07, Floriade course)....average 24:45...I'll be looking to get consistently back below 24:00 next year...
