decided not to run at lunchtime given it's going to be quite hectic in the next 36 hrs or so...with Track tonight, Customs tomorrow and then the Brindabella Night Challenge tomorrow night...
anyway, I plan on running in a 4 x 1500m relay team and the 7-lap Spiral...of course, there's shot & discus to fit in as well...
Saturday I'm umpiring 2nd grade @ Stirling (Weston Creek v Eastlake) and then Sunday is the start of 5 days of cricket with club followed by 4 days of the CA Cup...
