we all warmed up with 20 squats and 10 push ups (my partner and I had been on the bikes first waiting for everyone else to arrive)...
we did 7 out of the 8 exercises - not sure how everyone else managed to do all of them in the time UNLESS they weren't doing them properly!
- bike: 1min warm up then 5 x 20sec hard / 40sec easy (60%)
- BB bench press - we both needed assistance completing the last rep in the lst set!
- lat pulldown
- lunges - we progressed to 45 degree lunges as opposed to just stepping forward (lucky us)
- DB shoulder press
- theraband - external rotations 1 x 15/1 x10 (high elbow) 1 x 15/1 x10 (low elbow)
- DB bent over row
we'll be staying in Bankstown Saturday night...Jodie will be joining me for 30mins Sunday morning after I've run 60mins...
