we arrived just after 5:30pm and after a quick change for Tim we were off to warm up...2 smaller laps (1.1k) each with a stretch in between each...there were 13 of us all up including Geoff...
then we broke up into teams of 3 for 8 x 200 each around the track...Matt, Tim & I ended up finishing first so the fastest runner from our team (Matt) was swapped with the slowest from the "last" team (Kathy)...we then did 8 x 100 each in a shuttle relay...we managed clean changes to finish "second"...
a smaller lap to cool down...
