another early start and another poor showing form the rest of the Meteors squad...6 this morning...makes it hard for the trainer to figure out sessions and he has to keep re-jigging things...
today we warmed up on the bikes or rowers then we did the following (my pair's order):
bike:
3 x (15sec hard/15sec 70% x 6) with 60sec easy in between each set
weights:
3 x [military press (dumbell) x 8 / lunges (barbell) x 8 each leg] alternating with partner
3 x 8 weighted push ups (my partner and I were the only ones to get the weight added as we do "proper" push ups!)
3 x 8 lat pulldowns
boxing:
60sec crosses (x4) /squat (as in ducking a swinging arm!)
60sec hook/uppercut/squat
60sec random # of punches as the person with the focus mitts moved around
