seemed to have pulled up OK this morning...up just before 6 to be at Manuka Oval by 6.30am...
just 9 of us there today so we worked in groups of three...after doing an intro to the boxing technique (for those that hadn't done it before) we basically did a combo of boxing & cycling for three "circuits" then boxing & push ups/crunches for one "circuit"...
first & fourth "circuits" were 3 minutes per person while the second & third were 2 minutes per person...each person took a turn at boxing, holding the focus mitts & cycling...boxing was fairly constant while the cycling alternated between 15 secs @ 100% then 15 secs @ 70% (resistance self monitored)...the push ups were done in sets of 10 for 2 minutes then finished with 1 minute of crunches...
finished with stretches...
now I get to rest!...back into tonight for a bowling session with Troy Cooley, the man credited with helping England's bowlers to win the Ashes in 2005...

Well, with any luck I might be sitting and chatting with you in A2 at next year's c2s unless we can both pull out a good 10k before then and get an A1 start :-).
Glad to read that the foot behaved nicely.
