boy it was windy out there!...once "odd" runs were slightly downhill with just a bit more wind assistance then the slightly uphill "even" runs...starting to "trust" in the heel a bit more - these times are similar to what I was doing last year...
more plans are falling into place for Darwin - I've located a place I can hire a mountain bike so I'll be doing some cycling as well as running...aslo bought a street map yesterday (already have a cycle path map courtesy of the Darwin City Council)...
