The Taskmaster was well & truly back for today's session...
warm up: 2 x 100m freestyle + 2 x 50m freestyle (10 strokes normal kick/10 strokes fast kick)...that second lot nearly killed me!
DWR = 40mins
cool down: 1 x 100m freestyle + 1 x 50m freestyle + 1 x 50m breaststroke + 2 x 50m pull buoy
lucky he's my brother...he doesn't take no for an answer!
next session Monday (I think it will take me until then to recover!)...
