didn't ride today, I think my heel is still feeling the effects of yesterday's run...
however did do my latest DWR/S session...
warm up: 50m freestyle + 50m "chicken wings" + 50m "superman catch up" + 50m 10 strokes normal kick/10 strokes faster kick + 50m 3/5/7 strokes/breath (more like 3, 5, 6, 3, 5, 5, 3, 5, 3,5 ...) + 50m 3/3/6 stroke (3 left arm, 3 right arm, 6 normal)...phew!
DWR = 35mins
warm down: 2 x 50m backstroke kick + 4 x 50m pull buoy with paddles...
Next session: Monday
