slightly different route to last Sunday...ran along the Coastal Walk from the Museum/Art Gallery to Mindil Beach...and added a loop down tot he Cullen Bay Marina...

showered, packed and walked everything to the ground by 9:20am...

at the lunch break had to return my trusty transport and then jog back to the ground...

New Zealand won the final match by 4 wickets for the series to finish 3-2 Australia's way...

hung around at the ground for a little while before heading to the airport...unfortunately couldn't check in until 2 hours before the flight was scheduled to leave (so 11:10pm)...eventually got in and was able to use the facilities of the Qantas Club thanks to a friend who's a member and was the ground announcer/DJ for the series...had a nice shower before eating and drinking until my flight was ready to board!

arrived in Brisbane at 5:30 and then left for Canberra at 8:40am....slight delay due to heavy fog and then I was back by 10:50am...

Tim picked me and we went to the hospital to see mum...she's up and about on crutches now and should be out in a couple of days...she's going to have an awesome scar!

quick call past the place Tim and his GF are renting in Palmerston and then finally I was home...

Welcome home AR. Brought back lots of memories for me with those Darwin posts. I used to live in Cullen Bay and did lots of running there, and in those places you mentioned in your posts. Must be a shock to the system to come back to Cba's weather.
