hit the gym at lunch...
did 25mins (20mins + 5mins cool down) of "cardio" on the elliptical trainer:

some stretching and then 25mins (20mins + 5mins cool down) of "random" (Level 10) on the recumbent bike:

there's a couple of other cardio options which I might try next time!
