yesterday, completed a round trip to Cootamundra & in the process found 10 of 12 caches attempted:

the main reason for the trip was to launch my Travel Bug "The Sounds of Summer" in the Bradman cache...
we also toured his birthplace...
as well as checking out the Captain's Walk (starting point pictured below)...
the first cache of the trip was found at 10:23am while the last was found at 7:39pm...and it was about a 350k round trip!Friday 30 Dec
after walking the boy this morning, i completed part 1 of another cache (Silk Purse) on the way to golf then completed two others on the way home (Close to a Creek & Evatt Exploration)...
BTW, had an average round of golf but at least it was fun!
was going to complete Silk Purse but it started to rain quite heavily (about 4.50pm) and after aborting that I got caught in my car in the hail storm for 15mins (I had pulled over to "weather the storm" so to speak)...the hail was gathered in the gutters...
had dinner at mum & dad's, taking Huxley with me as well...
tomorrow i have another round of golf planned with Jodie & Suze returning from Adelaide tomorrow night...
