a very cold & windy day but i still did my scheduled run...

another cold & windy day but once again i got out & did my scheduled run...

i swear i was running on the spot in places with the wind at around 20kts with gusts up to 30kts...
a quick shower then off to centre (synthetic) wicket practice...the conditions weren't ideal with the ground quite bumpy...predictably, i managed to "wear" the ball several times...i've got a nice lump on my right shin, a bruise on my right knee as well as collecting a ball with my jaw near my right ear!...
i got to rest in the afternoon while watching some more footy!

I think that's why we used to play in the backyard at Mum's with a tennis ball.
It's that time of year again isn't with those winds. Of all the running conditions to encounter, I hate running in strong winds most of all. As always, I enjoy reading your posts because they are full of activity (and they are anything but "Dribble".)
