only a little tightness in my calf (which i iced afterwards)...faster than i ran friday so even better...
now to just solve the problem that cricket training, particularly bowling, is obviously causing...i will revert to my old shoes for tomorrow night's session to see if that helps...

happy wedding anniversary to my parents...42 years is a long time to stick together!
i dropped in last night to present them with the following for the weekend of 23-24 September:
- 2 one way (!) bus tickets to Sydney
- 2 tickets to The Boy from Oz
- 1 night's accommodation in the city
PLUS what will undoubtedly be the "highlight" of the weekend for them - transport to/from & front row seats for the season opening match for Gordon Women's first grade (LOL)!

I thought all fans got front row seats at women's cricket.
