nearly achieved my goal from the last attempt at this (13/7/06) to go under 14:00 for all three...in my defence, the last one was run into a mighty stiff headwind as the temp dropped and rain started to fall (although i suspect that i probably would have run somewhere between 14:00-14:15 for that one anyway!)...
