i'm quite pleased with my efforts as i'm still suffering some residual soreness in the quads after the metrogaine on sunday...was aiming for 4:30 pace...third time i've done this session...28/3 18:50, 23/5 18:05...so not too shabby...
i may, however, need to book in for a midweek massage!
