Goodbye winter...

haven't done this session - 2x(5min@10k pace/1minSR) + 8x(30secHills/JR) - since June & this time i elected to do the "hill" part on the grass on the Commonwealth Park side of Regatta Point...a tougher workout for the legs but nice to do it on grass instead of a bike path...

there were 4 big swans grazing nearby (do swans graze?!) as i moved up & down the slope, not bothered by me in the slightest...then to top that off i got to run amongst a flock of beautiful white cockatoos plus a couple of galahs on the way back to work...

All of us southerners are glad to say goodbye to winter! Tomorrow....hello spring!

Still getting the hang of the 305 & downloading...must be a slow learner here!
