Easy 80mins...

conditions were quite cool and windy, particularly for the last 30mins or so of the run...

the stats:
start temp/humidity: 7.7/70%
start time: 12:24pm
total distance: 15.04k
total time: 1:20:00
avg pace: 5:19
total calories: 1129
avg HR: 157
finish temp/humidity: 8.8/63%

my route took me from Civic, over Commonwealth Ave bridge, along the flag side of the Central Basin, along the East Basin, around the Jerrabomberra Wetlands, back along the Molonglo River, the East Basin, the Carillon side of the Central Basin and then back onto Commonwealth Ave towards Civic...

Jodie managed to co-ordinate her run to cross with me near the Carillon...(this was Plan B, Plan A was to cross near the flags)...she said afterwards that i looked "pretty fresh still" at that point, my reply was that i perked up when i realised it was her running towards me (i wasn't wearing my glasses, LOL) as it was pretty hard work into that wind...

Barefoot didn't run the Cities marathon despite the intention to do so...he got up but couldn't walk...his calf hadn't recovered so he decided to give it a miss to make sure he'd be right for C2S...

looks like we are back to the Cyber Bunker tonight...Jodie thinks her thumb has recovered enough to play our 4th & final round in the comp...

That's a really nice run you did, Allrounder. I have done it many times myself, very scenic, and very flat. It's exposed, though, and would have made things even cooler. Well done.
