Exercise update...

had a good ride home last night...

the stats:

still muggy this morning...walked the dogs then rode to work...

total time: 40:55 (including 0:25 stopped time)

avg HR: 133

I forgot to provide an update on my new exercises which I started last Friday (each leg except skipping):

daily - triple extensions 3 x 12; heel raises 3 x 25; crab walks with band 3 x 2m mixing forwards, backwards, sideways; skipping 3 x 1min (mixing two feet/one feet)

every second day - wall knee drives x 10; walking lunges 3 x 12; plyometric hops 2 x 4; single leg ball wall squats 3 x 12
