racing Strava segments is making me ride quicker even though I haven't been getting any PRs...the boingas were out in force again last night...

she left off 2:00 (2 ahead of her official handicap) while I followed off 17:00...set the metronome on 186 and was happy to catch her going up the last hill just before the school...she'd forgotten her ears and had faux bark ones but they were rubbish!
