parkrun #133...

did the usual day of walking yesterday...walked the boys, walked yacht club to work, work to FkF, FkF back to work, work to yacht club...!

it was cold but still for parkrun...the sun was out but then disappeared by the time the briefing started...

like BBQ Stakes I focused on a neutral spine and cadence...took awhile to get some space as everyone flowed past but then I reeled in quite a few in the back half without trying...
