Too fast?

had a good walk up Mt Ainslie at lunch yesterday...found two caches - one at the top which was the planned multi-cache and one at the bottom on the way back to work which was a puzzle cache...

had a really good ride home even though there was a bit of stoppage time compared to the night before...
