yesterday was a miserable day weather-wise...Hodge and I both got saoked on our morning walk...

I decided not to ride but did manage to get to gym...

this morning the weather was nicer although quite fresh...

got out for a run at lunch, just an easy 30 as the first Twilight O event is on tonight at The Pinnacle...
