Flat footed...

opted for a long sleeve (not running) top instead of my spray jacket so got quite warm by the end (note to self, bring proper long sleeve running top in to work)…no cap but I did have my ear warmer on!

I’m running a bit more flat footed to allow for my still quite tender shin…this takes the pressure off but doesn’t seem to affect my pace…
