yesterday we did our usual early morning walk...gym at lunch time then footy training after work...
it was quite windy and fresh at training...unfortunately we did a lot of standing around as the coach bought in some new drills/set ups...would have liked to do the "tunnel of death" to get really warm...
this morning it was very cold for our walk...you could see lots of snow on the Brindabellas...
I piked out of riding as a result of how cold it was...
FkF was good...getting slightly faster each run...codntions were good although the breeze picked up late in the back half...made some ground up on Jim W who started 1:45 in front and managed to stay ahead of speedygeoff who started 1:15 behind me...
