the speedygeese session was held at Weston Park/Forestry Oval for a change...

~360m efforts on Forestry oval...first effort was to establish seedings for the handicap efforts (x4) with a final group effort...I was off 30 for the first handicap then 35 for the next three...Andrew was the back marker on 40 then 45...
