also tried a new strategy alternating water & powerade every 3ks...Tim lent me his dual bottle belt which worked out to be quite comfortable...I used two Mt Franklin water bottles until I get some small bike ones...
even though I started later (no cricket to rush off to), I still ran in light rain for the first 30 minutes or so...by the end the sun was out and it was quite warm...it was very humid for the whole run too...
