got up for my easy run...probably went a bit easier than I should have!

then it was off to golf...had a mixed bag, some ordinary holes and some very good ones...31pts so 5 over my handicap today...

softball was interrupted twice by the sprinklers coming on but thankfully it didn't interfere with the result, we beat Storm 9-1...I managed my first ever (baseball included) sac bunt...got another high catch in the outfield...

then I hosted an impromptu family BBQ at my place, I think I'm getting the hang of cooking steak!

I think it's going to be a warm Ben Donohoe run tomorrow...have to be there to pick up my number by 8:30am with the race starting at 9:30am..
