unfortunately no numbers for you as my Garmin battery was flat (I charged it yesterday but it must have turned itself on in its case)...

SG, Craig and I were joined by Nadine just after halfway...

Craig provided the numbers for me...13.3k in 1:22:37 (6:13 pace)...

I did the warm up laps (1 big + 1 small = 2.95k) for the main session then called it quits as it was getting colder and I wanted to make sure I'd be right for footy on Saturday...

main session attendees (12): Amanda aka Cookie, Colin, Craig, Garry, Janene, Karen (new, part of Cookie's TW team), Michelle, Nadine, Neil, SG, Susan and Yelena...

when I left they were being organised into teams of 3 I think to do some 300s...
