last night's footy training was fun...we don't have a game this week due to the bye but we still had a reasonable turnout...did three new drills and had a ball (pardon the pun!)...
today's run was done in quite windy and cool conditions...the wind was pretty steady around 30+kph with gusts up to 45kph...

it looks I'll have to run sub-70 at this year's C2S to retain my red start as the qualifying standards are being tightened due to numbers...the pressure is on! I think Tim will have to run sub-52 to keep his preferred start!
I've had a red start for three out of the last four years only missing out in '08 (with my post surgery C2S run 2mins over the cut-off) and I'd like to keep it! However I've only officially run under 70mins once, when I ran 68:25 in '09...
