7:26pm...1500m, heat 2...6:03.69...8th...Craig held me off by 0.39 of a second!...season's best by 14 seconds...mind you, it's only the second one I've run this season!

8:06pm...6 Lap Spiral...10:53.35...Group 41 start...18th again...a bunch went zooming passed me with about 250-200m to go...PB by 8 seconds...
