participated in the Higgins 800 Handicap and the 3000m...
the Higgins was first up and as a W35 I got to start with Rachelle and Nadine off 1:10...there were only 2 lots of age groups behind us!
finished 32nd in about 3:07 by my watch (we missed our start time as did quite a few other groups)...Rachelle timed herself at sub 3:00 while Nadine was quicker still...
splits: 1:30, 1:37
had just over half an hour to the 3000m and this time I finished 17th in a season's best time of 13:12.49

Well done for both. A shame about the timing stuff-up in the 800.
