the Bilbys were a welcome addition to tonight's T&F session...
three events for me:
7 Lap Spiral - 15th in 12:55.89 off Group 38 (a PB by 20.11 secs)
800m - last in the 2nd heat of 12 in 3:03.89 (through halfway in 1:30)
3000m - 24th in 13:26.05 (17.63 secs faster that last week)
added splits: 0:52, 1:46, 1:48, 1:51, 1:52, 1:50, 1:47, 1:35
not a bad night's work!

You were busy. The spiral probably took the edge of your 8. Definitely a PB coming up soon.
