good hard session tonight...
started with 2 warm up laps of 1.83k and 1.36k respectively...
the main part of the session was a loop (~300m) that involved a long diagonal sprint (downhill), short straight jog, long diagonal sprint (uphill) and another short jog...
the idea was to complete 10 loops minus 1 for each time the leader passed you...Tim was the pace setter and he passed me just after I started my 5th loop so I got to do 9 loops...Jodie managed 7...
loop times: 1:10 (oops), 1:21, 1:26, 1:26, 1:26, 1:28, 1:29, 1:27, 1:29
we finished with a slow loop so speedygeoff could pick up the cones and then did a big lap (~2k)...THEN we added a jog up the grassy slope before finishing with a jog down...Jodie & I even rolled a bit of the way down!!
all up about 9.2k in 63mins...avg HR 141, max HR 176...

The rolling technique needs some work.
Yes, it would be easier on the roof of PH.
Thanks for bringing Tim. We get to run a lap shorter than normal.
