Saturday
no run...played golf reasonably well, to within one shot of my handicap...did a couple of caches and that was about it...
Sunday
despite a dodgy deck and a lightning/rain interruption we managed to win our 4th match of the season and our 2nd in a row....
managed to make it back home by about 8.40pm...
Today
will be going to the speedygeese session tonight with Jodie...
will get back into running this week after a week off...
