- bike (10mins): 2mins seated then remainder alternating 1min standing with 1min seated
- straight leg stretch on angled surface: 4 x30 sec each leg
- heel drops: 3 x 20 (30sec rest)
- jogging (!) / jumping on the mini tramp
- strength & balance (5mins): controlled left leg adduction across body using theraband while balancing on right leg, taking breaks when required (works ankle and peroneals)
- finished with heat
have an ache in the heel now!
Anne's away for two weeks now so I get to see Gavin Malouf in that time (he's been working in Ireland)...
