did a second lot of the heel drops in the afternoon at work...
elliptical session was done while watching the Channel 9 news...

lowest average HR; lowest max HR; first time no time spent in HR Z4...it's probably time to bump up the session seeing as i've done 15 @ 30:00, will add 5 minutes to the highest level...
so it will be 35mins broken down into the following:
5:00 Level 3 RPE 3.5
5:00 Level 5 RPE 5
15:00 Level 6 RPE 6
5:00 Level 5 RPE 5
5:00 Level 3 RPE 3.5
looks like i have a calf strain in my left leg, just below the knee...not sure how i managed that!...maybe it's finally rebelled at having to compensate for my right leg for the past 6 weeks...
Tuesday
done 2 lots of the heel drops so far today - once at the bus stop before work and once on the stairs at lunchtime...
left calf still sore...will need to keep an eye on that...
