watched some of the 2005 WC final between Australia & India in South Africa while doing this session...I wonder if what I'm watching has an impact on my heart rate and perceived exertion as this felt pretty comfortable yet was in my top 3 elliptical workouts by output...maybe I should experiment (I suspect I will be doing quite a lot of exercise this way!)...

Saturday - elliptical session (AM); not sure whether I'll be watching Jodie umpire at RMC (12:00pm) or somehow getting to the throwing handicap at Turner (1:00pm); Brumbies v Crusaders; watch World Cup final between Australia & Sri Lanka
Sunday - watch the Brindabella Shield final at Federal between Belconnen & Queanbeyan (starts at 11:15am)...
