after my 6 Lap effort my start group was changed from 38 to 35...as with the 6 Lap this was my first attempt therefore I'm claiming a PB!...finished 26th...(edit: still waiting for my official time, edit: 14:12) ...start group has gone from 35 to 33...

managed to make it to Customs after missing last week...another fair turnout...Mel Backhouse (a very good Aussie Rules footballer) started at the same time as me but I managed to beat her by just over 30 secs (not that I'm competitive!)...Jodie was there too with a 30:25...

All those track 'n field pbs! By the time track season resumes in October, you will be jumping out of your skins, or skin with brand new heels, or whatever.
Is there nothing you can't do Allrounder? I was aware of course of your running, golf and cricket - but now discus and shot put!!
I imagine you will be watching the world cup cricket from the West Indies?
