no swimming today as i decided to go on a caching run...found two relatively new ones - "Hallowed Hollow" (Barton) & "729 Lashes" (Kingston Oval)...the running was broken up into 5 sections as I stopped to do various things for the caches (including stuffing up one of the calculations as I used the wrong info!)...
