another big turnout with a handful of new faces...
just crossed the pedestrian bridge from the pool in time to see Jodie start - sprinted down to the junction of the 2 paths to cheer her on!
three new guys started with me off 10:30 (more realistic for me) as they were unsure of the way - they were ahead of me after we crossed under Commonwealth Ave bridge!...they'll be starting behind me next time except one who i caught again before the end...
after coming back under the bridge i saw Jodie (started off 4:00) halfway along Regatta Point, i made steady ground and was about 100m or so behind her as she start up the path for the little hill...but it took until about a third of the way on the grass to catch her as i really had to put my foot down!

saturday - golf, basketball (Caps v Adelaide Lightning, Preliminary Final @ 4pm), rugby (Brumbies v Blues, Rd 2 Super 14 @ 7:40pm)
sunday - cricket v St George Sutherland @ Killara (11am)

Excellent run at Customs Allrounder. And what a big weekend for sport...I thought I was crazy about it!
